Bulgogi House is set to open its third All You Can Eat Korean barbeque location in La Palma this May, expanding the chain into Orange County. While the new restaurant will continue to use Bulgogi House셲 trademark sauces, marinades, and meat selection that have brought them success, this location will look unlike any of the other previously established restaurants. Owner Young Park now aims to contemporize the atmosphere of the restaurant, while bringing new features and innovative technologies rarely seen in similar establishments.

Bulgogi House La Palma will boast a contemporary interior design as well as advanced equipment implemented to improve the customer셲 Korean barbecue experience. Not only will there be eight HD televisions and three projection screens for easy viewing of any sports game or special event, but the new location will also introduce a ventilation system rarely seen at other Korean barbecue establishments in the United States. The air ducts will be placed on the side of the grill to funnel the smoke into vents underground, as opposed to the orthodox method of stationing them overhead. Each table will also have its own ventilation motor to maximize efficiency, unlike most restaurants that still use one motor to accommodate four to six tables.

This new ventilation system will help minimize the barbecue smell left on clothing by the smoke emitted from the grill. 쏻e deeply appreciate Mr. Park셲 significant investment in our community, stated Mayor Steve Shanahan, 쏿nd look forward to his upscale Gangnam-style Bulgogi House restaurant bringing a new dining experience to La Palma.

Other highlights of the new restaurant are its full service bar, self-serve buffet section, and special additions exclusive to the La Palma menu, such as bacon-wrapped asparagus and fresh sushi selections. Despite all the new developments, Bulgogi House intends to maintain its focus on selecting the highest quality barbecued meats and the freshest ingredients for its sauces, bringing a unique Korean barbecue experience to the city of La Palma.
