Fahhad Mohammed Alsubaie of Saudi Arabia won the silver medal in the race.
ย
They cheered for him ardently, shouting his name. โ€œSince the rankings can vary by 0.01 seconds, the runners seem to feel a heavy pressure,โ€ said an S-OIL employee. โ€œWe are delighted that he reaped a good result in the race while S-OIL employees and Saudi Arabians rooted passionately for him together.โ€
ย
S-OIL employees have rooted for Saudi players by visiting venues for major games, including football and athletics, during the Incheon Asian Games. The largest shareholder of S-OIL is Saudi Aramco, the state-owned oil company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
