BTS charts on Billboard 200, Hot 100 for 2nd straight week

BTS charted on Billboard two main charts for the second straight week, becoming the first K-pop artist to do so.

The recently-released charts show that 쏤ake Love, a single off the group셲 third studio album 쏬ove Yourself: Tear, was ranked No.51 on the Billboard Hot 100. It marked a 41 spot drop from the week before, which saw the boy band reach No.10 on the main singles chart.

쏬ove Yourself: Tear took the sixth spot on Billboard 200, after it became the first K-pop album to take the No. 1 spot on the chart last week.

The Billboard 200 ranks the 200 most popular albums and EPs in the US, based on the weekly sales in the country. The Billboard Hot 100 ranks the singles by their popularity in the US based on radio airplay, digital sales and streaming in the country.

The most successful K-pop single to date on the Hot 100 is Psy셲 쏥angnam Style, which peaked at No. 2 and stayed on the chart for 31 weeks.
