With the world rapidly deteriorating due to humankind’s lack of understanding the consequences of wasting reusable materials such as plastic, one can find it difficult to search for a reliable solution to this problem. Plastic is something that can be reused and recycled for much longer than people would like to think, yet we all seem to be oblivious to this fact. Nowadays, it’s become so easy to simply throw away plastic water bottles, plastic containers, and plastic bags without remorse. Perhaps this ignorance stems from the lack of knowing how exactly we can turn plastic wastes into renewable energy rather than a physical product.
This is why Eastern R&E, a manufacturer of alternative energy with plastic waste emulsification technology, is dedicated to providing high quality oil and power with plastic materials. They do this by synthesizing raw elements from petroleum which then becomes petroleum again after a pyrolysis and oiling process. This way, we wouldn’t be wasting plastic unnecessarily and we would be reusing them as valuable resources.
The technology Eastern R&E utilizes to undergo this process is their pyrolysis & refining technology. Plastic wastes are quickly decomposed into oil by this technology. How it works specifically is plastic wastes are continuously decomposed into mixed oil at the melting furnace. The acidic mixed oil is neutralized and separated into a gasoline blend and diesel fuel through an oil refinery system. Basically, because the purpose of this kind of technology is to increase the relative quantity of diesel fuel from plastic wastes, it’s appropriate that the batch plant from plastic waste to power generation through extraction oil in a place.
Eastern R&E has been really dedicated to providing cleaner renewable resources for not only the South Korean population, but for the rest of the world. By promoting the true meaning of recycling renewable materials such as plastic, we can finally be rest assured that the earth will become a cleaner environment.
