Boohwal, a legendary South Korean rock band is giving a live concert on upcoming Feb 2 (Fri, 9pm) and 3 (Sat, 6pm) at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, California.

Since organized by Kim-Do-kyoon and Kim Tae-won in 1985, Boohwal has led Korean band music trend for around 30 years and made its fame in producing many talented musicians and outstanding songs.

Kim Tae-won, the Leader of the band, is evaluated as a genius musician who has an fabulous sense of music, especially at composition and guitar playing. He wrote and composed almost all songs of the band. Additionally, each vocals from this band, like Kim Jong-seo, Lee Seung-Cheol, Kim Jae-ki, Park Wan-kyu and Jung Dong-ha, are all prominent singers in the history of Korean music

‘Boohwal’s has created a number of gemlike songs as well. <Heeya>, <The Story of Rain and You> sung by Lee Seung-cheol  became one of the most popular songs in Korea, <The More I love> sold over one million copies, and <Lonely Night>, <Never Ending Story> are still beloved throughout all generations up to this day.

This legendary band lately released its new song on TV, as if to herald their grand comeback. And now many attentions and expectancy are upon its following concert in Temecula.

‘The R&B master’ ㅡMoon Myung-jin and rising star Son Seung Yeon, both from the popular TV show ‘Immortal Song,’ will perform live together in the upcoming “Healing Concert” for Korean Americans at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA on Saturday, February 28 (8pm) and Sunday, March 1 (5pm).

Moon, a veteran R&B and soul singer whose music career spans more than 14 years since 2001, never received much attention until he appeared in “Immortal Song,” which is a popular singing competition TV show, in 2013.  He became popular after he sang his version of the legendary folk duo Haebaragi’s “It’s Not Only Sorrow” and won the show’s 100^th episode (The Deulgukhwa Special) and Sulwondo Special. Son is the final winner of 2012 cable audition show “Voice of Korea.” She’s been garnering much attention and popularity for her powerful voice and singing talent. She joined “Immortal Song” in 2014 and quickly became the queen of the show after a series of winning with her exploding vocal power.
