AI technology for better healthcare delivery

The lnformining uses AI technology to collect and manage human biological signals using a healthcare watch (wearable device watch type) based on data.

AI technology in Infomining has already been recognized in many fields and countries.

I would like to introduce various examples and Infomining techniques that can be seen, and I will introduce the advantages of introducing them.

It has already been introduced to Japan overseas, and Japan is working with Elmatec under Toyota Group to discuss investment plans for application and transaction with domestic companies (Carecom, Datascope, Maxel, NTT Data). As economies and businesses around the world struggle with how to take the most efficient management and data in response to the global coronavirus crisis, Infomining has measured its biorhythm with wearable devices and has already achieved more than 95 percent accuracy. These solutions have also attracted much attention from the medical community in their move to non-face-to-face information delivery solutions, rather than general hospital measurement equipment. Infomining CEO Lee Jae-yong will participate directly with more than 25 professional Software, artificial intelligence (AI), and hardware developers.

The paper related to natural language processing was published and presented in an AI conference held in Spain last year to demonstrate the capabilities of Infomining beyond Korea to Japan, the U.S., and Europe

In 2019, Infomining was selected as an artificial intelligence technology research institute, In 2020, the COVID-19 smart quarantine system project promoted by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health and Welfare was successfully developed and official services were operated

In line with the government-led era of non-contact, it has contributed to development.

To verify this, experts say that the theme of the plan has been published to society as a paper, reaching an unprecedented level in terms of using existing artificial intelligence.

In recognition of its contribution, it was awarded the National Industrial Merit Award, which helped large Korean pharmaceutical companies and telecommunications companies discuss business plans to apply solutions and devices from Infomining to the general public and their families.

There are three main types of medical care services that Infomining provides, and as mentioned above, they are also optimized for infectious disease management services.

It can be applied not only to COVID-19 but also to other infectious diseases.

A system that can integrate and manage the location in real-time with the biological signals of the managed person (pulse, body temperature, etc.) in the central control system is established, and individuals can share their self-diagnosis with quarantine officers, facility managers, and medical staff.

Another service is the AI-based referral service Ordinary patients often do not know exactly which department their symptoms should go to, but using the Infomining system, they provide a service that simply checks the symptoms they are experiencing and informs the medical department related to the symptoms.

In this case, patients can significantly reduce time and stress when choosing a hospital or making an appointment, and when they make an appointment at the hospital, the time increases exponentially if they don’t know the exact department, but the hospital can significantly reduce the fatigue of counseling.

In addition, if the patient’s symptoms are considered urgent, the risk of emergency diseases can be reduced by emergency guidance.

In addition, when people first go to a university hospital or hospital, it takes more than twice as much time because nurses have to organize and upload documents again, but using the pre-examination service, medical staff can easily receive pre-examination information.

It can also help with non-face-to-face care (remote care). For smooth telemedicine, video call equipment is used at home, or a uniformly installed telemedicine facility is used, and all tests must be provided to the doctor at the same time for complete telemedicine. Because that’s how you can get accurate medical treatment.

As the world is aging, if the number of people who are unable to move or move for a long time is increasing, non-face-to-face treatment can be provided in a short period of time to prevent infectious diseases. For more accurate treatment, cooperation between hospitals and government and companies with different technologies is also necessary.

Until now, most countries have been relatively slow to develop because they have partially allowed it until the outbreak of COVID-19.

However, scientists around the world say there is a possibility of such an epidemic, so governments and local medical organizations should also make more solid guidelines.

Currently, university hospitals in Korea are choosing Infomining as partners if they are trying to change according to that trend.

In addition, smart hospital ward services that actively use this service inside the hospital can be provided. Currently, hospitals that signed mou with Infomining include Yonsei Severance Hospital, Asan Hospital, Pusan National University Hospital, Yeungnam University Hospital, Guro Korea University Hospital, and Chungnam National University Hospital, which signed a contract with Infomining’s Hearty Solution Health Watch device (blood pressure/electrocardiogram

/body temperature) in 150 wards in January 2022. Following 150 wards, Severance plans to promote 2,000 wards and 1,500 wards in Songdo, Incheon.

The first advantage is that biological signals can be measured using smart locations to quickly notify medical staff of emergencies, and in patients, falls can often lead to major injuries, enabling quick notification to medical staff in case of falls, and sometimes patients leave the hospital.

Currently, more than 20 AI models have been developed, including 12-lead electrocardiogram, singled, electrocardiogram, blood pressure, body temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, blood sugar, respiratory rate, lung function, and emergency notification.

In addition, Infomining’s AI ECG measurement system has exceeded Google and IBM levels.  It was predicted to be about 84% accuracy in the F1 score, a medical indicator related to ECG. Google and IBM had this value of 83%. This technology was selected as the top prize in the 2021 “Deep Ultrasound/Deep Ultrasound AI Model Data Tone 2021.” Currently, related papers are being prepared to submit to NeurIPS (Nips), the world’s most prestigious AI conference.

In addition, the world-famous OMRON (medical device manufacturer) of Japan and OMRON Research Institute of Dalian, China, decided to jointly develop innovative medical devices targeting the Chinese market, and NDA signed in early February.

With this accurate information, video telemedicine is possible, which reduces the time and manpower used to diagnose and monitor patients, thereby reducing cost and work fatigue of medical staff.

Because it’s impossible for a person to manage everyone completely 24 hours a day, but with the technology of Infomining, you can get and upload information about the patient or the people you’re using for 24 hours, and you can check yourself and go to a connected hospital or medical institution. If that happens, more accurate treatment can be provided.

And blood pressure and pulse can change depending on the situation of the person depending on the nervousness or movement of the person, so it cannot be said that the person’s usual figure is measured by the nurse when he arrives at the hospital.  However, using Infomining’s ai technology, it can be measured 24 hours a day, so that point can be secured This is because each person can identify sudden deterioration of blood pressure or condition, and accordingly, medical staff can choose to treat it and change medicine

In addition, the burden of nurses’ work can be reduced and the time to take over can be reduced by solving biometric information measurement and registration tasks that had to be registered manually with infomining services.

In addition, it has the advantage of reducing patient fatigue because it is solved by simply performing a device that has resolved the inconvenience caused by continuous measurement.

If the service is used, it is calculated that the annual overtime allowance of nurses alone can save more than 40 billion won.

It’s a lot of money even in a short period of time, but in the longer term, it’s a lot of money that’s hard to calculate. Therefore, if you save the money you spend on these places, you will be able to save a lot of human rights expenses, which account for the largest portion of the cost in hospitals and institutions.

If you think about it in the long run, you can invest more in other areas if you can reduce such large costs. For more accurate diagnosis, it is possible to invest in purchasing more advanced devices. If this happens, it will be a very good choice for both hospitals and patients.

For more convenience, Infomining has been developing technology and managing and analyzing medical big data in Dongdong by signing an agreement with BroadCS (hospital appointment chatbots, voice recognition, and non-face-to-face care system cloud service provider) last year.

In addition, the application is not limited to hospitalized patients. There are many people suffering from underlying diseases that require attention, and even if they are in danger, they are not aware of themselves.

For example, you work in a basement that lacks oxygen concentration and produces a lot of toxic gases. If you’re using a measurement system with info-mining technology, you can tell yourself that oxygen saturation doesn’t just go up in the data, and you can prevent it from happening.

In addition, Infomining and this artificial intelligence healthcare company are promoting the project after reviewing the artificial intelligence platform business with Kyobo Life Insurance and Dongbu Life Insurance (Korean insurance company) in the healthcare field.

Insurance companies are attempting to reach customers with a “healthcare comprehensive financial platform.”

It is under an agreement to analyze health conditions using artificial intelligence (AI) and try a service that recommends insurance.

In February this year, Ae signed a mou with Korea Medicare to provide better service.

Infomining is not stopping in the currently developed field, but is trying to move forward.

lnformining is not simply applicable to medical institutions, but also has technologies that can help manage and care for disabled people managed by local governments or governments.

Currently, Infomining is pushing forward with a variety of additional global companies. It is striving to develop technologies and provide more detailed and accurate services so that more people and companies can use the services they thought were not as they are. Therefore, the technology of Infomining is a technology that helps the country and society in many ways.
