It’s time to get rid of the stereotype.

Why do we think dieting is only necessary at certain times? Obesity being the greatest enemy of anti-aging is a known fact. It’s difficult to escape the constitution of obesity, so we continue to research superfoods and solve essential problems, yet I still don’t understand why we only diet at certain times.

Our growth period is most affected by genetic factors until the age of 0-19.

Rapid changes in hormones (including secondary sex traits), genetic factors and family history are the most important during these times. It can be seen that the family’s eating culture is the most crucial when determining a family’s obesity level.

In other words, the child’s physical condition changes according to what kind of food their  parents feed them at home, and in their 20s, it is divided into low-quality metabolism and high-quality metabolism depending on they operate with their natural metabolism.

During this time, it is also possible to fix and solve what we are lacking in.

It is the most sensitive time when people in their 20s and 30s experience a constant build-up of toxins in their bodies due to mental tension over drinking, smoking, and stress depression, and their habitually taken medicines and habits. If a woman who may experience childbirth at this time knows the seriousness of this part, it is hard for her to eat anything. However, it is also a time when we spend the most money by ruining our body by ourselves due to urgent needs and financial leeway.

In our 30s and 40s, we start to get affected by metabolic diseases, so now to solve these problems in a hurry, we start taking drugs to compensate.

Taking all these results as a report card, we enter our menopause in our 50s with drastic hormonal changes! With metabolic diseases becoming chronic and intensifying, hormone secretion decreases, leading to a path of extreme aging. This also causes musculoskeletal abnormalities, making it uncomfortable to move.

With that said, there is no time to decide when you should worry about your diet.In a time when compensating our poor diet with drugs is becoming a norm, blood vessel aging accelerates more and more, and exposure to more active oxygen leads to helpless immune breakdown.

Can we be free from dieting and the word anti-aging since birth?
